Past seasons
What a completed season actually looked like, for context alongside the live dashboard's in-progress numbers. Use the button above for a filterable, practice-by-practice view.
This data comes from schedule records, not from parent reports: an association's own published calendar where one exists, or schedule information shared within the community where it doesn't. Each card below says which. Either way, two things are always true here that aren't on the live dashboard:
- No travel distance. A schedule record has no home area to measure it from.
- The whole season is captured, start to finish, rather than however much has been reported so far. That's actually an advantage over the live dashboard for metrics like practices-per-week.

17% before 7am, 21% weekday 3–5pm, 6% weekday (not Fri) 9pm+
Not before 7am; not weekday 3–5pm; not 9pm or later on a weekday other than Friday. Weekends count as prime unless early morning.
Needs reports with a home area selected, and a rink with known coordinates
Practices per week × average practice length. Carries the same per-team window and weekly-recurrence assumption as the practices-per-week metric further down.
U9 and under are left out of this one. Shared (half or cross) ice is the standard format at those ages, not a sign an association is holding full ice back, so counting it would just penalize associations whose youngest teams happen to be well reported.
Each team is measured over its own reporting window, first to last date we have for that team, then averaged. That keeps a team whose schedule is only partly published from dragging its tier down.
Average per team. Lower is more predictable (same rink, same day each week)

Each team is measured over its own reporting window, first to last date we have for that team, then averaged. That keeps a team whose schedule is only partly published from dragging its tier down. 1 of 19 team went over six weeks without a single reported practice sometime in the middle of its own window, which drags that team's rate down even though it likely kept practicing through the gap.
